Keeping the balance

I still care so impossibly much about you. That is what happens when you love someone, you develop a spot in your heart for him or her that can only be occupied by that person.

Dear heavenly father please save me from falling into the world’s desires. I do not want to act as the world does and go against your word. But it’s so hard when the people i surround myself with do things that christians shouldn’t do. How do i behave differently without disappointing everyone? I want to be like you, Jesus. I want to live a life to make you happy, so that when I die You will be waiting for me with open arms. Please help me become a better person, and please help me remember that You are the reason we are here. Even if not everyone else knows this to be true, You have proven to me and so many others that this life is one that You gave to us. Thank you, god, for loving me and every other person in this world so much, so much that no matter WHAT we do or how we act could never ever turn you away from us. You love us more than we can imagine, and you always will no matter how many times we mess up. Thank you father for letting me know this. In Your name, Amen. 

I didn’t know if I could do it but God clearly helped me by putting so many other amazing things in my life and it made me really happy. This birthday has been a good one in helping me move on. I’m kinda sad I didn’t get a happy birthday from you but it is most likely for the best. Not that anyone will ever see this but ITS MY BDAY SO I DON’T CARE weeeee
